- 2 lb. lean chuck roast, cut up or lean stew meat
- 8 small raw potatoes
- 4 raw carrots
- 2 raw onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 can water
Method
- Do not brown meat.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Cover and bake 4 hours at 300°.
- Yield:
- 8 servings.
- Carbohydrate 24 g, protein 23 g, fat 20 g, calories 368.
- One serving = 3 meat medium fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1 vegetable exchange, 1 fat exchange.
