Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean chuck roast, cut up or lean stew meat
  • 8 small raw potatoes
  • 4 raw carrots
  • 2 raw onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 can water

Method

  • Do not brown meat.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Cover and bake 4 hours at 300°.
