Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 medium size green peppers, chopped
- 2 medium size onions, chopped
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Salt and pepper the chops and place in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
- Cover with rice, green peppers and onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine boiling water and catsup.
- Pour over chops and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour until chops and rice are tender.
