Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2-3 Tbsp. confectioner sugar
Method
- Put cooked carrots in mixer, add other ingredients except the confectioner sugar.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle top with 2 to 3 tablespoons confectioner sugar.
