Ingredients

  • 3 (28 oz.) cans pork and beans (fewer, if desired)
  • 1 (21 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (21 oz.) can Great Northern beans
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 1/2 c. catsup or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • chili powder to taste
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and broken
  • 1 lb. hamburger, fried
  • 1 lb. link sausage, sliced to bite size pieces after frying
  • 2 c. chopped ham, fried

Method

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Put in slow cooker and cook on low heat overnight or bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 minutes.
  • Serves 30 people. Good to freeze.
