- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Heavily grease Bundt pan. With an electric mixer, beat margarine until light and fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at a time, along with flour.
- It is important to beat well. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
- The cake forms a crisp outside crust.
