Ingredients
- 5 c. broccoli
- 4 c. celery, sliced
- 4 c. carrots, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 2 pkg. onion gravy
- 1 3/4 c. water
Method
- Stir-fry vegetables with oil until tender.
- Add 4 tablespoons water and steam while you mix the onion gravy with the 1 3/4 cups water in a saucepan until thick.
- Add to the vegetables and mix. Serve over rice.
