Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked rice (not Minute rice)
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 scrambled eggs (optional)
Method
- Saute ham and green onions.
- Add bean sprouts.
- Add all of the rest of the ingredients.
- Heat.
- Add soy sauce as desired.
