Ingredients

  • 8 slices whole grain bread 1/2-inch- thick rustic
  • 6 tablespoons Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise divided
  • 4 ounces sliced ham
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • 4 ounces muenster sliced, or your favorite cheese

Method

  • Evenly spread 4 bread slices with 4 tablespoons Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Real Mayonnaise, then layer with ham, arugula and cheese. Top with remaining 4 bread slices, then coat outside of sandwich with remaining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
  • In 12-inch nonstick skillet or grill pan, cook sandwiches over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until sandwiches are golden brown and cheese is melted.
