Ingredients
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 4 c. cooked ham
- 2 c. Minute rice
Method
- In a large
- bowl blend soup, Cheez Whiz and milk.
- Cook onion in butter until
- tender. Cook
- broccoli until almost tender; drain
- and add onion, broccoli, ham and uncooked rice to soup mixture.
- This
- makes
- 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake, covered, 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
