Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cooked Egg Noodles
  • 2 cups Chopped Cooked Ham
  • 1/4 cups Minced Onion
  • 1/2 cups White Wine (or Chicken Broth)
  • 15 ounces, fluid Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • Kosher Salt And Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Soft Butter

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the stuffing mix and soft butter.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and then place the ham and cheese mixture into the dish.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top and then dot with small pieces of butter.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  • Crock Pot Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the stuffing mix and soft butter.
  • Spray the inside of the crock pot with cooking spray and place the ham and cheese mixture in the crock pot and then sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top.
  • Dot with the soft butter all over and cook on low for 6 hours.
