- 1 head cauliflower 6 c. cauliflower flowerettes, cut in small cubes
- 2 cups diced ham
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup organic chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese finely
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Celtic
- ground black pepper Fresh, to taste
- 3/4 cup provolone cheese grated
Method
- Cut the cauliflower in small cubes and place in a greased 4-quart slow cooker. Cut the ham in very small cubes, trimming any visible fat. Add the ham and to the slow cooker. Thinly slice green onions.
- Stir the cream cheese, broth, Parmesan, sliced green onions, salt and pepper. Stir this mixture into the cauliflower and ham mixture.
- Cover and cook on medium-low for 4-6 hours or until cauliflower is tender.
- Remove cover and top with a flavorful cheese such as Provolone.
