Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 c. finely chopped okra
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1 c. green peppers, diced
- 2 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- salt and pepper
Method
- Saute onions in butter in a saucepan.
- Add vegetables, hot water and seasonings.
- Cook slowly until mixture is thick.
