Ingredients
- 2 very ripe medium avocados, mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green jalapeno chili, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. snipped coriander or 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix avocado, onion, chili, lemon juice, coriander and salt. Stir in tomato.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups of dip.
