Ingredients
- 2 small or 1 large instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. buttermilk
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) pineapple tidbits
- 1 (16 oz.) light fruit cocktail
- 1 (8 oz.) light Cool Whip
Method
- Drain pineapple tidbits and light fruit cocktail and set aside.
- Mix pudding with the buttermilk until thick.
- Blend in Cool Whip.
- Stir in the tidbits and fruit cocktail.
- Put in covered dish and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes.
