Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jumbo shells (for stuffing)
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 small onion
  • small to medium bag yellow cheese
  • small to medium bag Mozzarella cheese
  • medium container sour cream
  • large jar spaghetti sauce

Method

  • Cook hamburger and chopped onion until well done.
  • Let cool. Mix together the hamburger, both cheeses and sour cream. Cook jumbo shells on medium heat just until shells are workable (able to stuff without breaking).
  • Do not cook until they are completely done. Remove from heat. Run under cold water so they stop cooking and do not stick together.
  • Stuff mixture into shells and put into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Cover with spaghetti sauce.
  • Put into oven at 350°.
  • Cook until sauce begins to boil. Remove and eat.
