Ingredients
- 12 oz. jumbo shells (for stuffing)
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 small onion
- small to medium bag yellow cheese
- small to medium bag Mozzarella cheese
- medium container sour cream
- large jar spaghetti sauce
Method
- Cook hamburger and chopped onion until well done.
- Let cool. Mix together the hamburger, both cheeses and sour cream. Cook jumbo shells on medium heat just until shells are workable (able to stuff without breaking).
- Do not cook until they are completely done. Remove from heat. Run under cold water so they stop cooking and do not stick together.
- Stuff mixture into shells and put into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Cover with spaghetti sauce.
- Put into oven at 350°.
- Cook until sauce begins to boil. Remove and eat.
