Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 3 c. plain flour, sifted
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Add sugar, oil, egg and salt.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add flour slowly (enough to make dough sticky).
- Leave in a greased bowl.
- Cover and let rise.
- When doubled in bulk, punch down, roll and cut.
- Put in greased pan.
- Cover and let rise again.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
