Ingredients
- 1 c. grits
- 4 c. water
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 oz. pkg grated sharp cheese
- 1 roll Kraft Garlic Cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
Method
- Cook grits in 4 c. water until thick.
- Add margarine, grated cheese and garlic cheese.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add 3 beaten eggs. Stir until smooth.
- Pour into 1 1/2 to 2 qt. greased casserole dish and top with more shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until set in the middle.
