Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more)
  • 23 cup margarine
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 13 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Method

  • Add all ingredients except the nuts into a large bowl.
  • Blend until well mixed.
  • Stir in peanuts.
  • Pour into greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350 F 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Cool 15 minutes in pan.
  • Invert pan onto wire rack and cool completely.
