- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more)
- 23 cup margarine
- 1 cup orange juice
- 13 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
Method
- Add all ingredients except the nuts into a large bowl.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Stir in peanuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 F 45 to 50 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes in pan.
- Invert pan onto wire rack and cool completely.
