Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  • 1-1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch pieces Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 4 flour tortillas (10 inch), folded into thirds
  • 2 cups loosely packed mixed salad greens

Method

  • Pour 1/4 cup dressing over meat in shallow glass dish.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.
  • to marinate, stirring after 15 min.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Thread meat onto 16 small skewers alternately with peppers.
  • Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min.

  • Remove from grill; let stand 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, grill tortillas 1-1/2 min.
