Ingredients

  • 4 oz. boneless pork loin chop King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing, divided
  • 1 tsp. very low-sodium chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/3 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/4 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water

Method

  • Place pork chop on broiler rack; brush with 1/2 Tbsp.
