Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 2 tsp ground espresso or coffee
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp season salt
  • 1/4 tsp coco powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method

  • Mix seasons with hamburger and make 4 equal size patties .
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  • Grilled burgers until the juices start to collect on the top.
  • Flip over and continue to cook till no longer pink in the center.
  • 180FA.
  • Add cheese until it melts just before removing from the grill (I used smoked provolone).
  • Quickly toast the buns on the grill and serve with your favorite toppings.
