Ingredients
- 4 to 6 c. bite-size greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
- 1 small onion or 3 Tbsp. green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 c. thawed frozen peas
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or Bacon Bits
Method
- In a large salad bowl, place half the greens, onion, peas and cheese.
- Sprinkle with half the sugar.
- Dot with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Add bacon and toss just before serving.
