Ingredients
- 1 jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small (2 oz.) box instant rice
- 1 box broccoli, thawed
Method
- Saute celery and onion in oleo until celery is done.
- Add soup and water.
- Add Cheez Whiz, rice and broccoli.
- Bring to boil. Pour into buttered baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 4 to 6.
