Ingredients
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. packaged precooked rice
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Combine eggs and milk.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
- Bake in slow oven (325°) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until firm.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
