Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 12 cups vegetable broth
Method
- Pour oil in pan.
- Saute onion.
- Add the garlic and saute.
- Add everything else.
- Cook until peas become soft.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Once cooled use handmixer to blend.
