Ingredients
- 8 red potatoes
- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 14 cup butter
- 12 ounces bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut up potatoes by 1/4 or 1/8 sections, depending on their size.
- Place them in 2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix up rest of ingredients and gently stir into potatoes.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, covered.
