Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petits pois
- 3 green onions (some tops), thinly sliced
- Horseradish Cream Dressing
- 1 tart green apple (unpeeled), chopped
- 4 to 5 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Method
- Rinse peas in colander until just thawed.
- Drain thoroughly. Combine the peas, apple and onions and toss lightly with Horseradish Cream Dressing.
- Chill.
- Fry bacon until crisp and drain.
- At serving time, garnish the salad with the bacon.
