Ingredients
- 2 cans French green beans, drained
- 1 can small peas, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine green beans, peas, pimientos, green pepper, celery and onion.
- Mix together in separate bowl the sugar, vinegar and salt. Pour over vegetables and let stand 12 hours in refrigerator. Serve cold.
