Ingredients
- 1 x avocados
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar, cider
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed salt, pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Method
- Peel, seed and dice the avocado.
- Place all ingredients except lowfat sour cream into and electric blender and puree 15 seconds till smooth.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream.
- Use on your favourite tossed salad.
