- 1 large can French green beans, drained well
- 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained well
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. pimiento or bell pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
