Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3 cans French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Method
- In a large skillet, saute onion in margarine until lightly browned. Add flour, blending well.
- Add sour cream and heat over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens slightly.
- Add green beans, salt and pepper.
- Pour into 10-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
