Ingredients
- 2 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted, skins removed and coarsely chopped
- 8 oz green beans
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
Method
- Whisk hazelnut oil, cider vinegar and mustard in a medium bowl. Stir in hazelnuts.
- Boil, steam or microwave green beans; drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again. Place green beans, cherry tomatoes and dressing in medium bowl. Toss gently until combined.
