Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh green beans (French-cut)
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped or 1 tsp. dry dill
Method
- Saute onion in oil.
- Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add green beans, seasonings and a few tablespoons of water.
- Cover and cook on low heat until beans are tender.
- Serves 6.
