Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 cans Ranch Style beans
- 2 cans corn
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 2 cans tamales, cut up
- grated cheese
Method
- Brown hamburger with chopped onion; drain off excess grease. Add tomatoes, beans, corn and cumin.
- Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. The last 10 minutes, add tamales.
- Serve with grated cheese on top.
- Recipe makes a lot, but ingredients can be easily divided for half as much.
