Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
Method
- Melt margarine.
- Add flour and stir until frothy.
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
- Add salt.
- Separate eggs.
- Beat whites until stiff.
- Place egg yolks in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and beat. Slowly add cream sauce which has been cooled slightly.
- Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
