Ingredients
- 4 c. peeled, shredded carrots (about 1 lb. without tops)
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix carrots, walnuts, raisins, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange juice very well.
- Stir in mayonnaise.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
