Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. prepared coffee
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. walnuts (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients except chips and walnuts.
- Spread batter on large greased and floured cookie pan.
- Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
