Ingredients
- 2 None chorizo sausages, thickly sliced
- 4 None flour tortillas
- 1 None avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato chutney
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 head boston lettuce, leaves separated
Method
- Heat an outdoor grill or skillet to medium.
- Cook sausages 1 minute each side, until crisp and well marked; drain on paper towel.
- Warm tortillas according to packet directions.
- Divide chorizo, avocado, chutney, sour cream, and lettuce among tortillas. Roll up and serve.
