Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat egg whites to soft peaks.
- Gradually add sugar, vanilla and salt, beating until stiff.
- Fold in pecans.
- Drop from teaspoon onto aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 275° for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly before removing from foil. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
