Ingredients

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaises
  • 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 1 pint Strawberries, Washed And Quartered
  • 2 Avocados, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Sliced Almonds, Toasted

Method

  • Mix all dressing ingredients and set aside to allow sugar to dissolve.
  • Toss fruit and lettuce in a big bowl. Toast almonds in a dry pan over the stove. Be sure to keep an eye on them they can burn very quickly. Add almonds to salad and drizzle dressing over salad. Toss everything together and serve.
