Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken fryer, cut up
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Wash chicken pieces and pat dry; remove skin if desired.
- Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat both sides. Arrange, meaty side up, in a single layer in same pan.
- Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed. Serve with rice.
- Makes 4 servings.
