Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken fryer, cut up
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Wash chicken pieces and pat dry; remove skin if desired.
  • Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat both sides. Arrange, meaty side up, in a single layer in same pan.
  • Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed. Serve with rice.
  • Makes 4 servings.
