Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 20 oz. frozen sliced strawberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Line the bottom of 2 loaf pans with aluminum foil and spray with Pam.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and oil.
- With slotted spoon, dip berries out of juice and add to mixture.
- Bake in 7 loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour.
- Cool 15 minutes in pan.
- Carefully turn out of pans and cool completely.
