Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
- 1/2 c. each chopped onion and celery
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- black pepper to taste
- chopped jalapenos (as desired)
Method
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for several hours. Salsa will get hotter the longer it stands.
