Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 small can corn, drained
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked

Method

  • Brown hamburger with onion and bell pepper.
  • Drain.
  • Add tomatoes and corn.
  • Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Add noodles.
  • Put in casserole.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
