Ingredients

  • 1 packages Masatami saffron rice
  • 1/2 cup Asian slaw mix
  • 1 Steak of choice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Parsley flakes
  • 1 Garlic salt
  • 1 large shrimp
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Splash of fresh lemon juice

Method

  • Start by cleaning and deveining your large shrimp.
  • Cook your steak to your liking, I seasoned with garlic salt, pepper.
  • Set aside covered in foil to rest when cooked.
  • Slice when time is ready.
  • Cook your saffron rice as directed, I added the Asian slaw mix and let cook.
  • Now add butter and olive oil to a skillet season shrimp to your liking cook shrimp till pink about 5-6 minutes.
  • Now give your green beans a quick stir fry with butter and seasonings for about 4 minutes when done add splash of lemon juice
  • Now assemble your dinner..
  • I added rice to a small measuring cup flipped over and from there assemble as you like.
  • I added some drizzle of Worcestershire sauce.
