Ingredients
- 6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and halved
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Take margarine, salt, brown sugar and water and combine in a large skillet and heat on low.
- Stir, then boil uncovered for 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat; add potatoes and pecans.
- Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, basting often.
