Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 medium cans crushed pineapple
- 1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping
- 1 pkg. coconut
Method
- Bake cake mix as directed, using a sheet cake pan, 2 x 10 1/2 x 15-inch.
- Drain the pineapple well.
- While cake is cooling, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pudding mix and milk slowly to make a smooth pudding.
