Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cranberries (4 c.), rinsed and picked over
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) jar English orange marmalade
- 1/2 c. toasted chopped walnuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Turn into a 6 cup baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve very warm, straight from the baking dish.
- Refrigerate leftovers and serve reheated within a week or so.
