Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter, creamed
- 1 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
- heavy pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cream together cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
- Add flour. Make into a roll.
- Wrap in wax paper.
- Put in refrigerator.
- It will keep up to one month.
- Slice into thin wafers and bake at 350° (do not brown).
