Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 tsp. water
- 3 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and water until it holds a stiff peak.
- Beat in powdered sugar gradually.
- Beat 5-10 minutes; until it holds soft peak.
- Cover with damp towel when not using. Keep in tightly covered tupperware if done ahead.
- Note:
- Hardens when exposed to air.
